The 18+ scenes are added to the Extra Scenes tab after completing the route. Viewing the 18+ scenes will unlock an After Story. Once the main story is over, the 18+ routes open up in the Extras menu. Ciel and Koron both have 2 extra stories. This guide will help you unlock all (censored) CGs.
