ChuShinGura 46+1
A visual novel released for PC in 2013, ChuSinGura 46+1 features a “slightly” alternate version of Japan’s Edo period. Which starts when Fukami Suguha visits the historic graves of the forty-seven Akou rounin from that same period. While there he passes out as he watches the solar eclipse and finds himself waking up in an unknown world. Although he still might be Fukami Suguha, he’s now in living in the distant past of the Edo period where he gets to play his part in the story of the forty-seven Akou rounin. Except different from actual history, they are all female! How will his part play out? And will he be able to get back to the modern day?
English Steam edition
An dual-language (English and Japanese) trial of the game has appeared on Steam here. The trial covers the entire first chapter of the game (it’s huge), but won’t require a walkthrough since the story is linear.
A DLC containing chapters 2 & 3 was released on July 29, which can be downloaded from the very same Steam page.
