Sugar Sweet Temptation is a visual novel by the developer Recette and published by Love Lab. The original Japanese name is “Shugaten! -sugarfull tempering-“.
This visual novel is for fans of slice of life titles with baker protagonists. Fans who enjoy fairy tale stories and loli only heroines will also enjoy Sugar Sweet Temptation.
There are 3 girls to choose from, a few extra scenes, and even a harem scenario. The routes are fairly straight forward but the extra scenes require a bit of exploring. They aren’t difficult to get though. Completing them and the original stories will unlock a complete CG gallery.
The extra menu has replayable scenes, a music gallery, and of course stills from each route. All the scenes and pictures are censored.
Story / setting
It’s said that fairies live in the mysterious town of Fueya. There’s a tradition that once a year they are supposed to come out. During an event called the night of the fairies. It’s said that during that night, they’ll bring happiness to the town. Most townspeople look forward to the event, although they do not believe in miracles.
Our story focuses on a small confectionery store on the outskirts of the town. It’s a store with delicious cakes that has been around for several decades now. But right now they’re in trouble. Their confectionery maker has been hospitalized and now they can’t make any new treats. In order to save the store the other employees decide to wish for the store’s well being during the night of the fairies.
And so it happens that a miracle happens…
