The story of Suisei Ginka takes place in the port town of Mizuho. 10 years ago there was a chemical transport accident, followed by various murder cases. Though all of that is now mostly forgotten.
For Izana however, her best friend Tetsuo disappeared during those tumultuous times. Something she still has not fully accepted yet. So she is at first rejoiced when Tetsuo suddenly showed up again did summer. But then he reveals to her a terrible truth…
