JAST USA has announced that their localization of Shiny Days will be delayed by a few weeks. In the original tweet they say the reason behind the delay is issues with QA. Now, it appears that the download version of the game will be available as soon as possible in the next 1 or 2 weeks. The boxed version will ship on September 18.
The Shiny Days localization was originally announced at the 2013 Anime Expo. The game is a big remake of Summer Days though it includes a new heroine as well. It’s also worth mentioning that the game is basically a very long animated movie rather than the usual image based visual novel.
