Kaga Create has released a preview video for the vocal CD that comes with the limited edition of the upcoming Vita edition of AXL’s Hyakka Ryouran Elixir ~Record of Torenia Revival~. The preview video contains a small preview sample of each of the 9 songs located on the album, and is available over at their official Youtube channel. The Vita edition for Hyakka Ryouran Elixir is set for a release on the 9th of April.
A trial edition was released on the Japanese playstation store at the same time. Get it here.
In Hyakka Ryouran Elixir the emperor has set-up a training institute for orphans, training them into his personal representatives. Only the best of the best would wake it through training and are assigned their own area to maintain. They have the authority to check on local lords and raise taxes wherever they deem it necessary. But since they themselves aren’t of noble birth they are often pressured by higher political powers.
Our protagonist is one of those representatives and had finally just gotten his own assigned area. And even though his are was just over a remote empty area he dutifully accepted his assignment. Once there he found friendly villagers and a proud princess living in the worn-out castle. Of course they were doubtful of him at first, being one of the emperor’s representatives. But slowly they opened up to him and eventually even wanted to help him to stay and live in the town.
