Whirlpool has released a simple teaser page for their upcoming game World Election. It’s game in honor of their 10th anniversary and the teaser page contains a single image which contains the silhouettes of 5 girls (the games heroines?) in front and several other characters in the back.
The page also mentions that the full teaser page will open up on September 18 (Fri). Now, World Election is a name that was published before, but the current teaser page doesn’t list the staff members that’ll be working on the game. Supposedly however, there will be 4 artists working on the game, Mamizu Mikagami (vndb), Tenmaso (vndb), Robo Ichikura (vndb), and R Ken (vndb).
Both Mamizu Mikagami and Tenmaso are the regular artists for Whirlpool, having worked on most of the games in recent years. Robo Ichikura is a new name in the world of visual novels, and R Ken previously worked on G.I.B, released in 2014.
As for the scenario, it’s possible that Yuu Oomiya (vndb) will be doing the writen. whom you might know from the upcoming Primal x Hearts 2 by Marmalade.
In any case, none of those names seemed to be confirmed on the teaser page so we’ll have to wait whether they prove to be true or not.
