In Commander Babes you play as Jun. A young man who one day finds himself cleaning the dean’s office together with his childhood friend Yui. While cleaning, Yui knocks over a row of expensive looking vases. After which she runs of and leaves Jun to deal with the aftermath.
Smoke starts flowing from one of the vases, and not long after 2 beautiful girls appear out of that smoke. Both of them are just as confused as Jun as to what has just happened. After that initial confusing however, they recognize each other and immediately start fighting among each other.
With Jun caught in the middle of this, what will happen now?
