The story of Kanojo to Ore to Koibito to starts when protagonist Haruto Matsugami saves a girl from getting hit by a car, and ends up in the hospital himself. Ayano, the girl in question, actually comes to visit him every day and gradually gets to like him more and more. By the time he is dismissed from the hospital they’re already like lovers and Ayano starts visiting his apartment on a daily base to take care of him until he’s fully healed.

Over time their relationship deepens but slowly other girls like his childhood friend start interfering. But Ayano is actually a very open minded girl and doesn’t mind another girlfriend in Haruto’s life. Will you add one more to the fun or will you stay devoted solely to Ayano?
