Traveling Stars is a fantasy visual novel set for a release at the end of the month. Earlier today Hooksoft announced that the game now has obtained gold status, meaning that’s in the final stage of production and everything should be good to go for its initial release. And as with most of these kind of announcements, a special illustration has been added to the game’s website in celebration.
Second Trial Edition
Also, a second trial edition for the game was actually published only just last weekend. This is a separate download and a different version when compared to the trial edition that had been released at the end of July, so be sure to get it. It’s 485 MB and can be downloaded from mirror sites located at the game’s official site or directly from mirror site Holyseal.
Traveling Stars
Protagonist Souma Shidou used live an ordinary life in peaceful Japan, until one day, the young boy had to act an important role in the world. He was to be used as a hostage in a parallel world that suddenly appeared. His role was to learn about the magic culture that exists there. It’s a world where he has no friends, no television, and no games, but for Souma these were all more reasons to like this fantasy world that everybody dreams of.
While inside that world he meets various girls, like a kind and caring well-endowed elf, a mysterious yet beautiful vampire, and an angel-like impish kind of girl. And then after 10 years he returns to the human world to live in a new sky city where both humans and people from the other world are living together.
The main stage for the game will be in a school newly-built for the purpose of learning magic and exchanging cultures. Within this school you´ll see a story unfold with influences from both worlds and plenty of interactions with each of the heroines.
