Astronauts has published a promotional video for their upcoming card battle game Verethragna ~Seisen no Duelist~. The movie features a song called Duel Alternatives with vocals by Noriko Mitose. Lyrics where written by Kato.yoshihal and the music is from Taishi. In the movie you get a brief glimpse at some of the characters and a sneak-peak at some of the CGs for the game. The movie can be considered borderline, so watch it at your own discretion. Verethragna ~Seisen no Duelist~ is set to release next month in April.
Verethragna ~Seisen no Duelist~ is a card battle game set in a school setting. The story will follow protagonist Akira who is set on becoming the best of the school in order to take revenge for his father. One day when he lost his way in strange space within the forest behind the school he was suddenly attacked by an unknown monster. There he was saved by a powerful girl card dressed in pitch black armor. With the card, -Kissbell, at his side he continues his aim to because the best of the school, “Duel Kaiser”.
