Several developers have released first day patches for the games released today. Find them all in this post and if more will be released they’ll be added later.
Rensou Relation
First there’s patch 1.01 for Lump of Sugar’s Rensou Relation. This patch has fixes for the staff credits, the bonus screen, the return to title dialog and other several smaller bugs. Mind you, the patch might not be compatible with all save files and they’ll be rendered unusable. They do say it should be compatible with most save files though.

Koitama
The second patch is for Koitama by GLace. This patch is actually labeled as version 1.1 and has bug fixes for a case where the opening movie wouldn’t play, a bugfix for not getting into specific routes, and fixes to the CG mode screen. With 515MB it’s quite the large patch but so far it’s only available on their official site (huge yellow button).
Sumire
NekoNeko Soft has also provided a 1.01 patch for virtual reality visual novel Sumire. Apart from fixing typos it only mentions there were some minor improvements and the addition of a “staff room”, which I’m not sure of what they actually mean by that. The patch is 55.6 MB and can be downloaded here. Warning: They say they cannot guarantee that all save files will still work after applying the patch.
Mousou Complete
The final patch of the day (for now) is for Insync’s debut title, Mousou Complete. Patch 1.01 has fixes for several typo’s and minor game improvements. It’s only 3 MB and can be download from this mirror site (no direct link on the official page available).
