BaseSon has opened a fairly simple teaser page for an adult edition of Sengoku † Koihime. The originally all-ages title is a game set in an alternative version of Japan’s Sengoku Era and was released at the end of 2013. Its full name is “Sengoku † Koihime ~Otome Kenran ☆ Sengoku Emaki~”.
The newly opened teaser page confirms the existence of an adult edition being worked on, but it doesn’t provide much more information. It’s available here and simply holds the game’s title and hints for a release in 2016. The movie playing in the background is the part of the original game’s animated OP, also available on Youtube.

Kensuke is being trained in the use of the sword by his uncle. Then on one day he finds a blade in a warehouse, and when he touches it he immediately loses consciousness. When he came too he was holding a real blade and was amidst a landscape he had never seen before.
Still dumbfounded he meets a girl named “Oda Saburou Kuon Nobunaga” who offers him a hand. ” If you become my husband, we can together walk on the road toward world domination”. It seems he was no longer in his own world, but somehow ended up in a different version of the Sengoku Era. They join forces together and obtain victory in battle time after time.
Then fate mercilessly fell down upon them as they hit a large wall that they couldn’t pass. Things named “Oni” appear, feasting upon blood and invading the entire country. And as the weak ones fall to their blades one by one, the boy and girl rise up in order to save the country. They appeal to every influential feudal lord in order to gather strong warriors to defeat the Oni.
