Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star-

Hoshizora no Memoria is a well-known visual novel by Japanese company Favorite.

In the game you follow a youth named You Kogasaka, and his younger sister Chinami as they return to their hometown after several years. Their mother unfortunately passed away, and so they come to live with their aunt.

Once there, You meets a mysterious scythe wielding girl called Mare. Who happens to look exactly like his childhood friend from when he still lived in this town. In the days after that, You keeps meeting with Mare. While he also makes new friends in the Astronomy group at his new school.

Will he be able to figure out why Mare looks so similar to his childhood friend?
