Story / setting
Yamada is in the hospital for breaking both of his arms but his troubles don’t end there. He’s got a medical condition that makes his life a living hell. If he doesn’t ejaculate every three hours, his family jewels cause him excruciating pain.
The hospital also has a terrible reputation, all the nurses couldn’t care less about his life, let alone his safety. And what about the rumors about illegal drug manufacturing, the local crime syndicate’s involvement, and the police snooping around at all hours?
It would be a wonder if Yamada makes it out alive!
