Mangagamer announcements include new partner Propeller and Princess Evangile fandisc

English publisher Mangagamer was also present on this year’s Otakon, and had an impressive set of announcements for us. Let’s first start with their newly announced partnership with Japanese game developer Propeller, a developer that has been around since 2004. They actually have a mix of all-ages and adult orientated titles, whereby Mangagamer so far has mentioned to be working on at least 2 of the all-ages titles.

Tokyo Babel

Tokyo Babel promo

Tokyo Babel is a mythological kind of game featuring both angels and demons. The gates of Heaven are closed shut; the realm of Hell consumed by flood. And in their wake, countless parallel worlds wither away, one after the other. The surviving angels and demons gather at the city they believe to be their final chance at salvation: the floating purgatory of “Tokyo Babel”.

The Shadows of Pygmalion

Negai no Kakera to Hakugin no Agreement

The Shadows of Pygmalion is another all-ages game, but this time featuring a female (voiced) protagonist. The original Japanese game is called “Negai no Kakera to Hakugin no Agreement” and was released in 2013. Its story is centered around Mina -an ordinary high-school girl- as she has an encounter with a so-called “Puppet”, followed by more encounters that roll her into a completely new side of the world.

A teaser page has been opened here.

Other new titles

Apart from the aforementioned titles, Mangagamer also announced Princess Evangile W Happiness, the fandisc for Princess Evangile. It’ll come in both an all-ages and an adult edition. Then there’s also Supipara chapter 01, another all-ages game, this time by Minori which you might know by Mangagamer’s release of Eden* (NSFW). Finally there’s more love for fans of girls’ love with Kindred Spirits on the Roof, also known under its Japanese title of “Okujou no Yurirei-san”. Its a game by Liar-soft and its seems Mangagamer will retain its adult rating, so bring on the yuri!

You can access all of this weekend’s announcements by Mangagamer on their announcement page. That’ll also give you the links to the individual teaser pages with more sample CGs and promotion movies.
