Key has released a small 1.01 bugfix patch for one particular problem in the game’s system. In case you’ve set your right mouse button to “hide the window”, this patch will fix some cases where the action wouldn’t work. The patch is about 20.7MB in size and can be downloaded from the download page on the official game website.
Before applying the patch it is advised to back up your save data just in case. They say that although they’ve gone to great care to make sure that saves are compatible, they can’t rule out that some saves might be incompatible. You can probably find the save folder under “AngelBeats!” in the Key folder of your documents.
