Japanese developer Campus has opened the website for their 3rd game, “Natsu Uso -Ahead of the Reminiscence-“. The game is also the second entry in their series of short visual novels themed around “lying”. Natsu Uso is set in the same setting as its prequel “Haru Uso“, but will instead focus on a different heroine.
At the newly opened website you can find a story summary (Japanese), as well as a list of characters, and 2 preview CGs (NSFW included).
Artist for the game will once again be Riichu (vndb), and its scenario will be written by Keisuke Kudou (vndb)
Story
Continuing on with the theme “lying”, protagonist Souichirou is once again able to tell whenever people are lying. This time however, it’s not the most popular girl in school that comes to him. Instead the game focuses on Aoi Izumi, a member of the student council. They met in early summer last year but eventually grew apart. Aoi has been acting cold around Souichirou ever since.
A year later, Souichirou suddenly finds himself waking up in a room he has only ever visited once before. For some reason that very same cold-attitude girl is sleeping next to him… No matter what he tries though, Souichirou can’t remember what happened last night. It seems that this will be a troublesome summer…
Release date
The game is currently set for a release in Japan on April 22 .
