In Kana ~Imouto~ you play as Takamichi Toudou and have a younger sister named Kana, who had to spent more time in the hospital than anywhere else due to her illness. In the past you used to be jealous of all the special attention she got, but in recent days you only want to treasure her. You would do anything to help her.

English remake – Package & Download edition

Kana.. Okaeri is a full remake of the game and has a new engine compared to the original, as well as full voice acting. It´s available from J-list as download edition here, or as package edition here (Bundled with Sensei 2).
