Jast has just released Kana Okaeri, a remake of the original game, Kana ~Imouto~. In the game you play as Takamichi Toudou with a younger sister named Kana. Who had to spent more time in the hospital than anywhere else due to her illness. In the past you used to be jealous of all the special attention she got, but nowadays you only want to treasure her.
The game has a new engine compared to the original, and features full voice acting. It´s available as download at the Jast webstore, or as package edition from J-list.
