Koi Ama
“Love’s Sweet Garnish” is a visual novel by the developer Canvas+Garden and published by Sekai Project. The original Japanese name is “Koi ni, Kanmi o Soete”
Fan of wholesome stories will enjoy the simplicity of Love’s Sweet Garnish. It has girls in café uniforms and includes plenty of characters to know and love.
There are 2 girls to choose from and the routes are fairly straight forward. Once the main story is finished, an 18+ route opens up in the Extras menu. After that story, an After Story is unlocked. Completing all these stories will complete the CG gallery.
The extra menu has replayable scenes, a music gallery, and of course stills from each route. All the scenes and pictures are censored.
Story / setting
Love’s Sweet Garnish is the debut visual novel by Canvas+Garden. It follows the story of a young student who just moved to a new town. It’s spring and thus the beginning of a new school year. Hopefully he’ll able to fit in alright.
He comes to life in his grandmother’s house that also functions as a café. Unfortunately his grandma’s health had deteriorated and she closed the café. It’s for this very reason that our protagonist wants to bring the it back to life.
He renovates the café and hires new part-time staff and begin the long process of breathing new life into something that was once a bustling place.
